SGS Surfacing recently completed a tarmac resurfacing project at Durrants Village, a luxury retirement complex located between Horsham and Crawley. The project involved resurfacing the existing utility area to create a more functional and beautiful space.
The project began with groundwork preparation, which included excavation of the existing surface that was tired and worn. Once the groundwork was completed, the team moved on to laying a sub-base, followed by a layer of tarmac. With the surface course asphalt complete, the team got ready for some dryer, warmer weather to finish the project with the application of a resin surface.
The lovely setting at Durrants Village was a perfect backdrop for the project, and SGS Surfacing is proud to have delivered another successful job for residents to enjoy.
