Predominantly using tarmac/asphalt we are experts at taking on large scale roadway work on industrial estates, farms, commercial buildings, smaller airports, development sites and many more.
We only use and recommend high quality materials from trusted suppliers in the industry, to ensure the best results each time.
Projects of this type are normally completed using a tarmac laying machine or Paver as they are known. This method means we can lay huge areas of roadways quickly and efficiently, giving an excellent, long lasting surface.
Full dig out and rebuild as well as general resurfacing options are available to suit all budgets and time frames.
Car Parks
Accessibility and space saving in car parks is an important part of any business. To which we have completed many commercial projects to improving these fundamental areas providing space for customers and staff.
There are many different surface options available, ranging from tarmac/asphalt to block paving and cobbles. We have completed a wide array of car projects for local businesses, one of which includes a recently resurfaced runway and apron of a private airport in Surrey.

Access Ramps
Customers and staff accessing buildings or car parks is something that needs to be planned carefully. We can offer a wide array of solutions to create access ramps into buildings and car parks for pedestrians and vehicles alike.
Working on the best method and material is our speciality and we can advise on all aspects of the build.
Industrial Estates
Large industrial areas need to be carefully planned and executed as there are normally access restrictions and day to day operating issues to be taken into account.
Having access and expertise to all widely used materials and methods means we have complete control of the project from start to finish. Whether the area needs to be repaired or replaced, we can offer a cost effective and long lasting solution.
We also get involved in the foundation and build of smoking/bike shelters and welfare areas.
Dropped Kerbs: West Sussex Highways Heavy Duty Vehicle Cross over
A dropped kerb (or vehicle crossover) is the dipped or lowered kerb that allows you to access your property or business from the road by driving across the pavement.
You’re required to have a legally constructed dropped kerb as it is an offence to drive across a footway to access your property or business without one. This is because it may cause damage to the footway or the services (gas, electric, water) underneath.
We work closely with West Sussex County Council Highways Department and can offer Dropped Kerbs/Vehicle Cross Overs including for heavy duty vehicles.
