Scope of Works

Covering approximately 520 m², the project involved:

Machine planing and hand breakout of the area, removing up to 30 mm of existing surface
Responsible recycling of all removed material
Application of LeoTac K140 tack coat to promote adhesion
Installation of AC6 Dense Surf 70/100 HS at 30 mm for a smooth, resilient finish

Technical Considerations

Base depth and suitability assumptions were made to ensure optimal material performance and longevity
Full RAMS supplied to ensure safety and compliance during works

Challenges & Solutions

Precision removal: Machine planing combined with hand breakout allowed careful control, minimizing unnecessary surface loss.
Sustainability: All removed materials were recycled responsibly, aligning with the school’s environmental standards.
Surface durability: The combination of LeoTac K140 and AC6 Dense Surf ensured a smooth, hard-wearing surface suitable for high foot traffic.
