Project 1: Kingsway, Hove
Scope of Work:

• Completed resurfacing work on a key area in Hove in partnership with Shore Group Civils.
• Ensured efficient project delivery with a focus on quality and durability.

• Machine-planed the existing 500 m² area, removing all waste for recycling.
• Surveyed the area to identify and correct surface undulations.
• Adjusted ironwork and access points to match the new surface levels.
• Applied K140 tack coat for superior asphalt adhesion.
• Hand-laid and compacted 35 mm of AC6 dense binder.
• Applied regulation material as required to ensure a smooth, even finish.
• Left the site clean and tidy upon completion.
